FIRESTONE WALKER BREWING COMPANY

Location
Los Angeles, California

Years
2022 - 2025

Duties
Content Strategy / Social Media Management / Content Production and Editing / Copywriting / etc.

As the Social Media Manager and Social and Content Strategist at Firestone Walker, I oversaw the digital strategy and success of Firestone's world-class portfolio of brands: 805 Beer, Firestone Walker Brewing Company, and Cali Squeeze. Aesthetics were refreshed and overhauled, positioning reframed, and content reimagined.

I worked alongside our sales, experiential, and creative teams to ensure all engaging content and deeper brand stories were being told properly. Organic, sponsored, partnered, or otherwise. And mostly featuring artists, professional motorcycle riders, Olympians, X-Games athletes, musicians, snowboarders, farmers, MMA fighters, Bull Riders, and everyone else who has something interesting to say while holding an open, well-earned cold beer at the end of the day.

I also acted as the expert resource for social trends, dictated brand tone, wrote product, email, site, and campaign copy, oversaw creative social design work for both web and email, and more. I was also lucky to pitch, produce, and edit 805 Beer's popular in-house, original brand book and magazine, Properly Chill, which is now on its third print edition. I even helped launch an outstanding non-alcoholic beer too.

My dedication to craft storytelling created a lasting impact:
13% follower growth on Instagram, 52% follower growth on YouTube, and 150K+ email subscribers.
